Hoshi Martial Arts are a non-profit Self Defence & Fitness organisation servicing in Cardiff and surrounding areas.
Our Hoshi Martial Arts class uses our own unique syllabus with elements of both traditional Martial Arts and Practical Self Defence (they're not the same thing). Our syllabus is designed to be easy to learn, fun and engaging as well as practical. It incorporates throws / takedowns, locks and strikes as well as groundwork.
Our Hoshi Fighting Fit class is designed as a fitness class rather than a Martial Arts class in the traditional sense. Incorporating a range of strikes with Cardio exercises, it promises to be a great workout and is specially designed to suit all levels of fitness.
As well as being a Physical Activity provider for the Duke of Edinburgh award, we are the 1st Martial Arts organisation to teach at Wales Millennium Centre, exhibiting at the World of Women 2015 festival.
All our coaches are insured, DBS checked and first aid trained.
Why not come down to one of our classes and see what we do for yourself?
